Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.
As a small independantly run clinic, I value every client and the time dedicated to providing personalised treatments and care.
Late cancellations and appointment changes can have a significant impact on my business, as it is often difficult to offer the appointment to another client at short notice.
I therefore kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
NEOGEN PLASMA PRE-PAYMENT
Due to the specialist nature of Neogen Plasma treatments and the dedicated appointment time required, a 50% pre-payment of the agreed treatment cost is payable at your consultation, with the remaining 50% payable at the first treatment. The pre -payment will be valid for 6 months if you wish to defer your treatments for any reason.
I also reserve the right to apply pre -payment fees to any of my other treatments.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING FEES
- Within 48 hours of your appointment 50% of the scheduled treatment cost will be payable.
- Within 24 hours of your appointment time 75% of the treatment cost will be payable.
Genuine illness is of course exempt from these charges, I completely understand that illness is sometimes unavoidable.
Appointment reminders.
As a rule I do not send routine appointment reminders, although I am very happy to arrange a text reminder if requested. If you are ever unsure of your appointment date or time, please feel free to reach out and I will be happy to confirm .
